Embroidery sizing is based on the width of the design. Once the width is set, the height is automatically scaled proportionally to maintain the original design ratio. This ensures the design does not stretch or distort and keeps the embroidery looking clean and professional.
How long will my order take to complete?

We do this intentionally, so we can focus on quality, avoid waste, and give your order the care it deserves. Production usually takes about 4–7 working days before it’s shipped.

Once your piece has been made, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s on its way to you.
